OTHER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEYS
This list is a free public service meant to help employees who are seeking legal counsel in Northern California for their employment problems. If you have contacted me by phone, letter, and/or e-mail seeking legal representation in an employment-related matter, and I am unable to help you, then perhaps someone on this list might.
If I don't take their case, employees sometimes ask me for the names of other Northern California attorneys that they might contact. I have a list of names, but that I make no promises, guarantees, or representations with respect thereto.
With that understanding, below are the names of some Northern California attorneys (listed in alphabetical order) whom I believe handle plaintiff’s employment litigation. You may want to contact them to see if they are interested in representing you. Please understand that I am not making any recommendation or referral with respect to any particular attorney, nor am I attesting to their willingness to take your case, or attesting to their competency in representing you. :

This list is being offered to you as a courtesy and accomodation, to assist you in locating counsel for your legal matter. However, you will have to evaluate and decide about such matters yourself. Please do not ask me to evaluate attorneys for you. Also, this list is not exhaustive---there are other Northern California attorneys who handle employment matters for plaintiffs, and I encourage you to: (1) go to your County Law Library and ask the Law Librarian/Reference Desk to direct you to sources to help you find them; (2) ask your family and friends for help in locating an attorney; or (3) contact the California State Bar Lawyer Referral Service.
I am sorry if I am unable to help you further with your legal matter. Please do not be discouraged or give up--I encourage you to keep at it. Good luck in your legal matter
